Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise where you require a refund for a service purchased through our website. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. Refund if cancelled within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Refund if cancelled after 24 Hours: Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider offering a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
  3. Service Not Rendered: In the event that we are unable to provide the service as described in our contract, you are entitled to a full refund. Any portion of service provided will be billed at our current hourly rate.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@alaskataxlady.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service you have purchased from Alaska Tax Lady, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of the service.
  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at contact@alaskataxlady.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
  3. Refund for Cancellations: Refund eligibility for cancellations is outlined in the Refunds section above.

Please note that failure to cancel a service within the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the refund eligibility.
